Aree Juaniece Sain

Aree Juaniece Sain, of Prairie Hill, passed away September 26, 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 89. 

Juaniece Sain was born on November 4, 1935, in Mineral Wells, Texas to parents Orville and Ruth (Davis) James. She was their only child growing up in Peaster, Texas. She graduated from Peaster High School in 1954.

In 1955, she married the love of her life, Johnny Sain, with whom she spent 70 years. Shortly after marriage they moved to Fort Worth where they created countless memories and a life that she loved. Along the way they were blessed with two sons, John and David, four grandsons and their spouses, Tim & Kanda, Chris & Jennifer, Allan & Becky, and Brian & Katelyn. 10 great-grandchildren, Kirsten, Trevor, Hannah, Caleb, Jacob, Rachael, Emily, Abby, Jeremiah, Ruth Ann. And three great-great grandchildren, Sophia, Saylor, and Adelynn.

Her lasting memory will be that of how devoted she was to her family, and how unwavering her love and desire to care for them was. She selflessly gave of herself to provide and ensure they thrived and made it through any trouble or struggle that arose. She provided love and support that never wavered.

She always loved learning and teaching others. She expanded her knowledge with a degree from Texas Woman’s University, and her Masters degree from Texas Christian University. An accomplishment she was very proud of. She went on to teach Math and Computer Science for her entire career. Even in her final years she craved knowledge and understanding of the world around her, especially in the area of computers and technology. She loved engaging in conversations with her sons and grandsons about varying aspects of the jobs they held all related to technology. In retirement she travelled to Europe, spent time at the farm, and continued to help her family.

She spent many years with some very close friends who she loved and admired very much. Wayne & Chris Williams, Bob & Helen Cranfill, and Larry & Joan Meade.

Juaniece was preceded in death by her parents, Orville James and Ruth (Davis) James.

She is survived by her husband, her sons and her entire family of grandkids.

A Graveside Service to be held Friday, October 3rd at 11:00 AM @ Prairie Hill Cemetery, Prairie Hill, Texas 76678 with Reverend Marcus Sheffield officiating.
