Cynthia Diane (Slater) Smith passed away September 6, 2026 at the age of 67. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home with Reverend Marcus Sheffield officiating.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Royce L. Slater, Sr. and Velma (Croskey) Slater.
Diane is survived by her children, Kristy Waterman and Brandin Smith; grandchildren and other relatives.
