David Thornton Sellers

After just completing 98 years here on earth, David Thornton Sellers was called to be with his Lord and Savior on August 6, 2026.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 13, 2026 at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home.  Visitation with the family will be prior to the service from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the Point Enterprise Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvie and May Sellers; wife, Millie Sellers; sisters, Ana Beth Stalman and Judy Sellers; brother, Jim Sellers; daughters, Kay Mohundro, Stephani Cantwell, and infant daughter, Penny Sellers.

David is survived by his daughter, Gail Peyton; sons-in-law, David Mohundro and Tim Cantwell; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; three nieces and 3 nephews.
