Debroah Sue May

Funeral services for Debroah Sue “Debbie” May, 71, will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home.  Interment to follow in the Point Enterprise Cemetery.

Debbie passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at her home in Point Enterprise.  She was born in Pasadena, Texas on December 19, 1952 and graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in 1971.  Debbie began working for Houston Power and Light Company in Houston and, later, transferred to Jewett to work at the new power plant.  After she retired from the plant, she worked for Walmart in the vision center.

Debbie enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and spending time with her siblings and nieces and nephews.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Roxie and Henry May; sisters, Judy Hildago and Joyce May; niece, Tonya Silva; and great niece, Ashly.  She is survived by her brothers, Jeffrey May (Margaret) and Robert May; nieces and nephews, Sarah May, Caryn May, Francis Hildago, Leota Hildago, Patricia Fielder, Amanda Pace, and John Fielder; and great niece, Shelby Fielder.
