Donald Gregory Rasco

Donald Gregory Rasco, known to many simply as Greg, was born on February 26, 1959. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He passed away surrounded by the love of his family on May 6, 2026.

Greg was a man who found joy in the simple and meaningful things in life—hunting, fishing, reading, and enjoying the peacefulness of country living. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, love for his family, and the steady presence he brought to those around him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Rasco and Peggy (Wylie) Rasco.

He is survived by his son, Kyle Lynch, and daughter-in-law, Stephanie Lynch; his grandchildren, Alexis Lynch, James Waters, and Leah Lynch; his sister, Traci Tigue, and her husband, Shannon Tigue; and his nephew, Brody Tigue.

Greg was a steady, quiet presence in the lives of those who knew him. His family will always remember him for showing up in his own quiet way and for caring deeply for his people.

His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His family takes comfort in knowing he is now at peace, and they will forever treasure the time, memories, and love they shared with him.

A graveside service is planned for Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dew Cemetery in Dew, Texas.
