Donald Ray Rodgers

Donald Ray Rogers passed away on January 6, 2023 in Mexia, Texas at the age of 67. 

Donald was born June 12, 1955 in Sweetwater, Texas to Henry Williams and Helen Louise (Hensley) Rodgers; he was also known to some as Ray.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

On June 18, 1999, in Sweetwater, Texas, he married the love of his life, Patricia Mae Johnson.  They were blessed with over 23 years together.  He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Mexia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Helen Rodgers.

Donald is survived by his wife, Patricia Mae Johnson; sister, Vivian Nunley; brother-in-law, Albert Nunley; and nephews, Robert Vinson and Jeremy Nunley.
