Dorothy Faye Calame

Dorothy Faye (Keathley) Calame went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 25, 2026 at the age of 81. She was born to Andrew and Otsie (Fox) Keathley on July 10,1944 in Corsicana, Texas.  She married Charles L. Calame and they resided in Wortham, Texas for many years. Dorothy worked for Wortham ISD from 1974 to 1999. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Wortham.

She is survived by her daughters Pamela Calame and Judy Chilcoat (Mark), grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Visitation is planned for Friday, February 27, 2026 from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Wortham, Texas. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Wortham, Texas. Interment will be at the Wortham Cemetery.
