Emily Brannan Yarbrough

Emily Brannan Yarbrough passed away on June 14, 2023 in Houston, Texas at the age of 59.  Graveside services will be 9:00 a.m., Saturday, June 17, 2023 in the Point Enterprise Cemetery with Deacon Gordon Lee officiating.  David McAdams, Kenneth McAdams, Jason Brunson, Walt Harrison, Kall Collins, and Robert Kubecka will serve as pallbearers.

Emily was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 5, 1963 to Andrew J. and Mary Carolyn (Breaux) Byrd.  She married Michael Ray Yarbrough on November 19, 1983, they were blessed with almost 40 years together.  She worked for 20 plus years in banking as Vice-President of Operations.

Emily was a loving and devoted wife, and a friend to many.  She loved the Lord and was of the Catholic faith.  She enjoyed doing cross-stitching, reading, and baking.  Emily loved animals and was a huge fan of Soccer.   

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Mary Byrd.

Emily is survived by her husband, Michael Yarbrough; cousins, Karen Harrison and husband, Walt and their daughter, Lucy Kate and Kristina Brunson and husband, Jason and their daughter, Emma.
