Frances was born on November 13, 1946, in Mexia TX to her mother Naomi Dossey Watson. On September 16, 1965, she was united in marriage to Delbert Wayne Kyle Sr. She was a homemaker, loving Mom and Nanny. She loved waitressing and worked many restaurants around and retired from Brookshires. She loved her church. She enjoyed reading and studying her bible. She loved everyone and her home was always open. She enjoyed having the whole family over and cooking for her family and friends.

Frances is preceded in death by her husband Delbert Kyle Sr., her mother Naomi Dossey Watson, brothers James (Tub) Watson & Jerry Watson. 

Frances is survived by her brother Wayne (Hopper) Watson. Children: Wanda Winkler & husband Erie, Delbert Kyle & wife Sherri of Mexia, Lisa Kyle & fiancé Martin Gamez of Wortham, Shirley Thornton & husband Ronnie of Tehuacana, Brian Kyle & wife Tyianka of Mexia. Grandchildren Marilyn Carlton & husband Clayton of Groesbeck, Christopher Winkler & wife Caitlin of Decatur, Tiffany Trevino & husband Arron of Milton, FL, Renae Kempson & husband Jason of Tehuacana, Caleb Kyle & wife Rene of Woodland Park Co, Jacob Kyle & wife Katelyn of Mabank, Mahogany Gray, Bri’Anna Kyle & Aiden Kyle all of Mexia. Great grandchildren Amber, Haley & Lacy Carlton, Trace & Riggs Winkler, Mia & Penelope Trevino, Leilani & Keiston Herbert.

Services are planned for Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Lost Prairie Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Paul Moore officating. Visitation will be held at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Her grandsons will serve as Pall Bearers: Chris Winkler, Caleb Kyle, Jacob Kyle, Aiden Kyle, Clayton Carlton, Jason Kempson & Arron Trevino
