Melton "Mel" Alan Michael

Mr. Mel Alan Michael passed away at his home on October 11, 2026 at the age of 78.  He was born to JD Michaels and Carolyn Stubbs on October 14, 1947 in Corsicana, Texas. He was a Vietnam Combat Veteran. 

He is survived by his daughters Megan Anna Lane, Melissa Brooks Carmichael and Rachel Lauren Bumpass as well as other family members.

A Memorial Service is planned for Friday, October 16, 2026 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel in Mexia, Texas at 2:00 p.m.  A visitation with the family will take place one hour prior to the service.
