Robin Neason

Robin Dell Neason, 44, of Thornton passed away October 4, 2011 in Talihina, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be 2PM, Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Central Baptist Church in Thornton with Rev. Tracy Sims officiating. Interment will follow in the Thornton Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6-8 p.m., Friday, at Blair-Stubbs Chapel in Thornton. Robin was born April 12, 1967 in Fort Worth, Texas to Bobby Frank Emmert and Marcie Emmert Merritt. She was a 1986 graduate of Mexia High School. She was presently employed by Russell & Son in Jewett and had previously worked for the Hessner Company. Robin enjoyed family gatherings and loved the outdoors, especially swimming and skiing. She was a devoted and loving mother, daughter and sister. Robin cherished her sons. Robin, joined by her son, Hunter Caige Neason left this world together to be with the Lord. She is survived by her son, Frank Dillon Barron; father, Bobby Frank Emmert of Talihina, OK.; mother, Marcie Emmert Merritt of Hubbard; sister, Lisa Rittenbaugh and husband, Joe of Mt. Calm; nephew, Blake Rittenbaugh; and niece, Jessica Rittenbaugh. Pallbearers will be Justin Barron, Jud Hughes, Troy Waddle, Phillip Kramer, Randy Franklin and Travis Towers. A fund has been established for Robin and Hunter Neason at the Farmers State Bank.
