W. Lott

On November 20, 2018, W.H. "Dub" Lott, 83, passed away from this earthly life to his heavenly home.

He was born on April 5, 1935 in Limestone County to William and Annie Lott. After graduating Mexia High School in 1954, he had many successful careers, retired from an oil company and later became a home builder.

Dub is survived by his loving wife Linn who lives in Chester, Virginia. A devoted father to Teresa, Donnie (Debbie), Barry, and Ernie (Jayme) and step-children Laura (Mike), Vicki (Jeff) and Mark as well as 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A beloved brother to Bobby, Don, Linda Calame and Jerry and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

His quick wit, words of wisdom, and entrepreneurial spirit leave a legacy for all who knew him. As an avid golfer, there's no doubt he's on a tee box at Heaven's Golf Course.

A graveside service is December 8, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Shiloh Cemetery on Hwy. 39 south of Mexia with Rev. Shane Norcross officiating.
