Zora Mary Lou Steele

Zora Mary Lou (Turner) Steele passed away at her home at the age of 72 on January 21, 2026, in Elm Mott, Texas. She was born on March 27, 1953 to Billy Gene and Ella Dee (Berry)Turner in Clovis, New Mexico.

Zora enjoyed being at home and being a housewife and it was important for her to keep her home clean and tidy.

She loved her grandchildren very much, Clifton, Caleb and Casey.

Zora was preceded in death by her children Cassandra Deann (Steele) Saldana and William Gene Steele.

Family left to cherish her memory is grandchildren Clifton Gene Steele and wife Jackie, Caleb Wayne Sosebee and Casey Ray Lowe and sister Cathy Gilcrest.
